1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and purchasing our 3D printing services or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of 3D Printing

You acknowledge that 3D printing is an additive manufacturing process. Due to the nature of this technology:

Surface Finish: Products may have visible layer lines, small artifacts, or slight surface imperfections. These are not considered defects.
Variations: Slight color variations may occur between different batches of filament or resin.
Material Limitations: Customers are responsible for ensuring the chosen material (PLA, PETG, Resin, etc.) is suitable for their intended application (e.g., heat resistance, food safety, or mechanical strength).

3. Liability & Safety

Intended Use: Unless explicitly stated, our prints are intended for decorative or hobbyist use.
No Warranty of Fitness: We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from the misuse of a printed object or its failure in a high-stress application.
Choking Hazard: Many 3D prints are not suitable for children and may pose a choking hazard.

4. Returns and Refunds

Custom Orders: Because custom 3D prints are manufactured to your specific requirements, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is a significant manufacturing error on our part. If it does arrive damaged please use the contact us page for us to review. A picture will be needed.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the printing process has begun.
