Thank you for shopping at 3D Print n Designs. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

1. All Sales Final

Because our items are custom 3D-printed to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, we stand by our craftsmanship 100%. If your item arrives damaged, flawed, or broken during shipping, contact us with a photo within 48 hours and we will immediately ship you a replacement at zero cost to you.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer standard returns, we want to make sure you receive exactly what you paid for. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged or broken

  • Incorrect (wrong size, color, or item)

  • Defective

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. How to Resolve an Issue

If you experience any problems with your order, please do not worry. Reach out to our support team so we can evaluate the situation and find a solution.

4. Exceptions

In the rare event that a refund or replacement is authorized by our team, it will be processed at our sole discretion. Any authorized refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
